Short Game
Pitch | Perpendicular Piles | Multiple Targets
35 min
Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal perpendicular piles of 4 balls and stop pitch shots close to multiple targets. Count the number of successes.
- How to practice? For the bucket of 40 balls, make 5 piles of 4 balls per one perpendicular line; 2 lines of 5 piles; lines [5-10 y/m apart], piles [2 y/m apart]. Setup on any grass, any slope, anywhere between 30 y/m and 60 y/m from the hole (not the green). Hit 2-4 pitch shots alternately from pile to pile. In the process, hit to different flags (targets) and count the number of successful shots (success=inside [10 ft | 3 m]).
- Hit two buckets in total.
